Abstract |
This study aimed at identifying the reality of Quality of the graduate programs at Najah National University From the students point of view. It also aimed at finding out the effect of (gender, college, level of study, students profession, student average, student rout of the study)on the reality of quality of the graduate programs. The population of the study consisted of "1100" student, the random sample selected is (248) students representing (22.5%) of the whole population. The researchers developed and validated the questionnaire, and applied it to the sample of the study. After the data has been collected and analysed by using the SPSS, it was found that the graduate students had a high evaluation of the reality of the quality of the graduate programs, the mean was (3.65) equal to (73%). Also, the results showed significant mean differences related the variables of college in favor of college of Science, “Sharea”, and college of Education; students profession in favor of students who work as teachers; and students average in favor of excellent students. Where as, there were no significant mean differences due to the variables of gender, students level, and the rout of students study thesis or comprehensive exam. Also the study points out the positive and negative evaluation of the graduate programs and their suggestions to improve them. |
